Eye

The person under curatorship<\/a> must see an optometrist for an eye exam. With the health insurance card, the basic examination is free for children 17 and under as well as for adults over 65<\/strong>. It might also be covered by the insurance company. After, you need to request a copy of your prescription<\/strong>. It\u2019s very important!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Meeting with
\nAn Optician<\/h3>\n

The person under curatorship must go to a point of service with his or her prescription and the name and contact information (preferably e-mail and telephone number) of the curator.
