THE
BONHOMME'S

Glasses are not a luxury. Seeing clearly is a necessity. My mission as an optician is to make glasses affordable to everyone. I am absolutely convinced that people should be prioritized over profits.

HONESTY,
SIMPLICITY AND
SOLIDARITY

How do I do it? With an innovative business model and thanks to the dynamism of people working in community organizations.

TAKE AN EYE EXAM WITH AN OPTOMETRIST

An optician is basically the pharmacist of glasses. We work with your prescription. That’s why you need to first take an eye exam with an optometrist (any will do). Their code of ethics (Section 3 – Freedom of choice) requires them to give you your prescription if you ask for it.

With your carte d’assurance-maladie, the exam is free for children 17 and under as well as adults over 65. Normally, it’s around $100. It might also be covered by your insurance. Plus de détails dans la section FAQ.
